Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FingerFood. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
Not medical advice
FingerFood provides general educational information about Baby-Led Weaning for parents and caregivers. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional. Always consult your pediatrician or another licensed healthcare provider for guidance specific to your baby. You use the app at your own risk.
Choking and emergencies
The choking response and emergency contact information in the app is reference material only. In any real emergency, call your local emergency services first. Do not rely on the app to evaluate or respond to a medical event in progress.
Subscriptions
Premium features are offered through an auto-renewing subscription. Your subscription is billed by Apple through your Apple ID, and renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Managing your subscription
Manage and cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refund requests follow Apple's standard refund policy. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds — submit refund requests through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code, content, or trade secrets from the app. Do not redistribute paid content. Do not use the app to harass others or in any way that violates applicable law.
Content updates
We may add, modify, or remove features and content over time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect your use of the app.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FingerFood, Zekby LLC, and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the app and cancel your subscription.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the app after a material change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
